Shipping and Delivery Policy
For shipping and delivery within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, shipments are delivered to the express shipping company from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday.
Delivery takes three to five business days. An additional charge of 40.25 will be applied per shipment to all locations in Saudi Arabia. We will provide you with the exact shipping cost upon checkout.
Within Riyadh, express delivery is done via a Baby Crown representative within 3 hours in Riyadh only (from Saturday to Thursday), provided that it does not require any engraving of the name or include flower arrangements.
A delivery fee of 40 Saudi riyals is charged additionally. For all orders, please respond as soon as possible to facilitate prompt delivery. Cancellations are not allowed.
Please note that we do not support cash payments except in emergency cases or due to a technical failure in the secure payment system.
We offer worldwide shipping through our international courier partner(s) within three to five business days, depending on the customer's geographic location. We will provide you with the exact shipping cost upon checkout.
