Exchange and Return Policy
The item may be exchanged or returned within one business day from the date of receipt in the event of a manufacturing defect, or if you wish to exchange it for another item, provided that the item has not been used and that the original purchase invoice and packaging are attached.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, even if they are returned in their original packaging.
Custom products (engraved or made to order) cannot be exchanged or returned.
